Abstract

|
Multiple primary malignant tumor is the case that one person has two or more primary malignant. Billroth, in 1896, first reported the occurance of different primary malignant tumor. An apparent increase in incidence of multiple primary tumor may
berelated to successful treatment of the cancer and enlongation of human life.
We report one case of mjultiple primary tumor which develop in male who had well differentiated renal cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of lung. He was done right
total
nephrectomy and left upper lobectomy.
